Refund Terms and Conditions

1. Return Eligibility:

• Only unused and undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will not be issued for opened, altered, or damaged products.

2. Return Process:

• Customers must initiate the return process by [contacting our customer support/using our online return form] within [7] days of receiving the product.
• The product must be returned to Unit 4, Heritage Park, 68 Jurg Ave, Hennopspark, Centurion, 0172 on or before 7 days after receiving.

3. Refund Calculation:

• The refund amount will be the original seller price minus 7.5% for administrative and fulfilment fees.
• Additional courier fees incurred for return shipping will also be deducted from the refund.

4. Refund Method:

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
• Alternatively, customers may opt for store credit.

5. Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed on the first Friday following the acceptance of the return.
• The customer will be notified once the refund has been processed.

6. Collection Service:

• If customers choose to use our collection service, the courier fee for the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Non-Refundable Items:

• Certain items may be non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Right to Refuse Refund:

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria.

9. Modification of Terms:
